I'm Britt.
I didn’t find breathwork because I wanted to feel better—I found it because I couldn’t breathe.
In my mid-twenties, panic attacks hijacked my body. I was a personal trainer, financially stable, and on paper, the picture of health. But inside, I was unraveling. Therapy helped me understand what was happening, but it didn’t help me feel safe in my body again. That shift began the moment I stopped trying to fix myself—and started listening to my breath.
Since then, I’ve followed my breath across 40 countries, explored diverse lineages and approaches, and built a life shaped by breath, body wisdom, and the courage to feel. I believe your breath doesn’t just calm you—it moves you. It’s both a compass and a catalyst. That’s the heart behind Move Breath: a practice, a philosophy, and a path back to yourself.
