What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an active breathing practice where you breathe continuously without pausing between the inhale and exhale.
This simple shift changes the way oxygen, carbon dioxide, and the nervous system interact, often creating a profoundly different experience than your everyday breathing pattern.
After practicing this style of breathwork, people commonly report:
- Feeling calmer and more grounded
- Releasing stress and tension
- Gaining clarity around challenges or decisions
- Feeling more connected to their emotions
- Experiencing greater presence and self-awareness
- Accessing insights that feel difficult to reach through thinking alone
While every experience is different, many people describe it as feeling like they've finally turned down the volume on constant mental chatter.

This Experience Might Be For You If...
- → Your mind feels busy all the time
- → You're carrying stress that never seems to fully leave your body
- → You feel disconnected from yourself, your body, or your emotions
- → Meditation feels frustrating because your mind won't slow down
- → You're curious about the connection between breath, body, and mind
This experience is designed to be supportive for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
"During the session, I was actually able to quiet the constant “noise” in my brain that usually makes meditation hard for me. That alone felt huge. It was a powerful experience, and I’m already looking forward to attending more sessions and deepening my practice."Â
- Lisa Scott

NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Britt –
I have been working with the breath for over 15 years, both functionally and spiritually, as a pathway into emotional regulation, insight, and transformation.
My relationship with breath has been shaped by study with teachers such as Dr. Perry Nickelston, Dan Brule, and Wim Hof, as well as immersive study in India, where breath moved beyond technique and became a lived, devotional practice.
These breath ceremonies are deeply informed by my work in the psychedelic space, where preparation, integration, and attention to set and setting are essential.
I can't wait to meet you soon.
