My breathwork journey began when anxiety stole my breath from me.

In my mid-twenties, panic attacks hijacked my body. I was a personal trainer, financially stable, and "healthy" on the outside. But I was drowning inside - burned out, overworked, recovering from a divorce, and regularly numbing my feelings with alcohol.

Then one day a teacher of mine said something that changed my world:

“If you can’t breathe there, you don’t belong there.” 

That’s when I realized anxiety wasn’t hijacking my body, it was trying to send a message: my environment wasn’t aligned with my values and needs.

So I listened and I changed everything. I sold all of my belongings and started following my breath around the world. Since then, I’ve lived in 5 countries and have built a life that centers breath, body wisdom, and nervous system truth-telling.
