April 12 Breathwork Ceremony

The way we move through the world, how we relate, respond, and cope, is shaped by both our lived experience and the people who came before us.

In this ceremony, we’ll use our breath and a guided meditation to explore our ancestral connections, not just as an idea, but as a way to connect with an ancient support system that walks with us through our entire lives.

For this session, you're invited to bring photos of your ancestors or items you'd like to contribute to our ancestral altar.

We’ll close with an art practice to help you process and integrate what came up.
