A breathwork facilitator and somatic guide with a deep love for helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

I created Your Weekly Exhale as a way to offer consistent, gentle support in a world that moves fast and asks a lot of us. These 20-minute sessions are rooted in science, presence, and the belief that small practices can lead to big shifts.

My approach is trauma-aware, inclusive, and focused on simple tools that actually work. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, you’re welcome here.
