This breathwork ceremony invites you out of your head and into your body. Through breathwork, a guided sensory food tasting (honey or fruit) , blindfolded movement, sound, and touch, we’ll explore what happens when you fully engage your senses.

A guided, immersive journey designed to deepen presence, expand awareness, and reconnect you with your body in a tangible way.
