The Breath Practice Project is a simple way to make breathwork part of your day (without adding more to your plate).
Even five minutes of intentional breathing can shift how your system responds to stress, improve focus, and help you recover more quickly when you’re stressed, distracted, or overwhelmed. Over time, these small, consistent practices add up.
And it turns out that most people don’t struggle with breathwork because it’s complicated (it's not!) – they struggle because their practice is inconsistent.
This project is designed to change that.
How it works:
Starting May 4, I’ll be sharing one short breathwork (or breath-supporting) practice each day on Instagram. Each practice is approachable, practical, and takes less than five minutes.
No setup. No overwhelm. Just quick practices you can do anywhere, any time.
Think: simple breathing patterns and practical tools you can use in real life.
You can follow along under cover on Instagram (we love an anonymous bunny!), or you can officially join the project for a more structured experience.Â
